Hillary Brown (PhD, 2007)

Hillary-on-fantail

Hillary came to UW with a B.S. degree in geology from the University of Arizona.  At UW she worked on the deep structure of the Jalisco margin in the Gulf of California, as well as the structure of the Storegga slide off Norway.  Here she is working on the fantail of the R/V Ewing in 2002 in the Gulf of California, Mexico, collecting the data she worked on during her PhD.  Hillary is currently a geophysicist at ConocoPhillips in Houston, TX.
