Beth Wilson (MS, 2008)
Beth came to UW with a BA in geology from Boston University. For her M.S. thesis, she worked on seismic oceanography, applying new methods for quantifying internal wave energy in the ocean and comparing it to seafloor roughness. She's currently working for ConocoPhillips in Anchorage, Alaska, where she focuses on keeping her friends safe from bears on weekend hikes.
